Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of preparation. Final costs may vary if project requirements change or if additional work is identified. Any variations will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Payments

Payment terms will be set out in the building contract or service agreement. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in work delays or additional charges. 

Warranties

Evolution Roofers stands behind the quality of its work. Specific warranties on materials and workmanship will be outlined in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties may also apply.

Liability

We take every care to deliver work to a high standard. However, Evolution Roofers is not liable for delays or issues outside of our control, including weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or client changes to the project scope.
